At DD Collective, we take pride in delivering high-quality photographic prints. Since each order is custom-made and carefully inspected, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to us.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@dd-collective.com.au.
Provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging for our review.
Order Issues
For any issues not related to damages, please get in touch, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, but we do consider case by case.
Slight variations in colour or finish due to screen differences are not considered defects.
